Hi, I start on low speed and go all the way up to 10, using the tamper if necessary. If it's stuck, turn the toggle switch to high. Enjoy :)

My recipe will give you a thick milkshake - less milk, more ice cream. Use the best quality ice cream to get the smoothest texture 😀

You don't need a blender for this. just dump it all in a bowl together, and mix with a spoon. Then pour it in a cup and drink it or put it back in the freezer for a little while.
