Ingredients:
50ml warm water
20g fresh yeast or 7g dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
2 eggs
2 tbsp sugar
170ml warm milk
70g oil
500g flour
1 egg, 1 tsp milk
Filling:
Cottage cheese, sugar, vanilla sugar, egg
Bake at 180C for 25-30 minutes
