Such a pathetic experience with Daikin India. My uncle Dharmaraj purchased an AC in January 2022 from Daikin Kerala, Calicut authorized center (Adithya Cooling solution). The Unit was not working from day one. they replaced some of the parts a few times but still, the AC is not working. It's been more than 5 months now, and we are not able to use the AC. They don't have the correct part for the AC so they are fixing a wrong component and they say it's not the correct part. I have never seen such a pathetic service in my life. I am requesting you to investigate this issue and take sensory actions.
