I got all my mixture right but the topping failed. It was not thick at all....it looked like I just poured milk straight into biscuits base😔

I've just made it.... it has a great flavour but turned out bumpy I have no clue why. Oh well practice makes perfect!

The flour & milk mixture. Change to cornstarch and maybe halve the amount. Or use an immersion blender after cooking but try not to make bubbles

just put in thr fridge for about two hours. it's a no bake milk tart. :)

not the best method of making the custard part. Your meant to temper the eggs with a little milk first then add it slowly to the milk. Looked like the flour was lumpy when made into a paste then added to the hot milk. The mixture in the video didn't look great

What j gotta do is constantly stir the milk very very fast and not stop until u put in dough

Hi, please confirm that you only mixed 100ml milk with 1 cup of flour? It looks like you use more milk in the video? If you only use 100ml milk with 1 cup of flour it is a stiff dough. Please advise.
