Betty Crocker has the best pie crust recipe. Add as much shortening and water as dough can hold. Super flaky and moist.

I made 75 pie crustes to freeze one year with my MiL. I've had arthritis is my hands every since. I can't make a bad crusty. Don't know why, it's just the way it is.

Shereen, we’re getting ready to build our final dream house. Im doing double column fridge and a freezer in the scullery. I wish you were with me when i’m going to the kitchen appliance place. Thermidor or Wolfe (i think i prefer Wolfe) but there’s so much. What’s one thing you wouldn’t live without. Luckily, cost won’t be an issue. Any suggestions?
