Have slept 2 nights on my topper. First night just using controls on mattress topper. Felt great. Last night set up the app. Home run. I am side sleeper. First thing I noticed that the cooling was strongest on my torso which has always felt is my hot spot. My feet are also always hot and although I did not feel it was cool there, I did not wake up hot once. I live in NC and it has already been hot here. Only keep our AC on 75 at night.

I bought this topper for around $900 and was happy. However, I have since bought the Dock Pro Sleep System for $1,100 and it opened my eyes of what a cooling topper should be. Learn from me and just pay the extra money for a real cooling mattress that you can't even feel beneath you. And most importantly, the Dock Pro Sleep System cools and is just not two mini fans housed within an uncomfortable topper. One quick note, I reached out to Snug Smart Topper about a piece that continued to pop off and was told by the owner that this isn't a known issue which I believe was code for me to deal with it. I asked for a link to leave a review and was sent a pdf document to complete so here we are. Nice guy but the product just doesn't compare to others and now it sits rolled up in a closet. I am not a paid influencer or an affiliate of either product. Just a typical guy trying to get better sleep.

Dock Pro uses water. I have used one for several years and I'm considering this dry air option after dealing with leaks and other issues with Chilipad stuff.
