This is quite a lot of ingredients but sounds delicious I make mine with cooking oil not olive oil also I put the zucchini in flour then egg and I put salt and pepper in the egg before I use it It comes out delicious also and not as fattening or too rich because of the oil. I have tried bread crumbs also. I put the zucchini in beaten egg then bread crumbs it comes out delicious also I will try this recipe sounds good Thank you 🙏

Try slicing them in half lengthwise, scoop the seeds out with a teaspoon and discard. Scoop out some of the flesh with the teaspoon but, leave enough of a shell that they'll hold their shape when cooked. Chop the flesh finely and mix it with a favourite meatball recipe. Stuff the shells with the mixture, shaping it to about the same shape as a whole zucchini, sprinkle with cheese and bake in an oiled oven dish till golden and meatball mix is cooked. Serve with a salad. Leftovers are good cold too. One of my favourites.

Думаю что неплохо. Но зачем говорить, что это вкуснее мяса? С мясом и рядом не лежало. И еще: столько подсолнечного масла в них! Хотя бы на бумажное полотенце после обжарки положили, чтобы убрать лишнее. Да, а зачем кабачата скрести вилкой, я так и не поняла?

Now try it without the cheese to find out if it is just the cheese that is making it this tasty or the zucchini 😉 But for sure this zucchini version of a Schnitzel is for sure more tasty and more healthy than the weird vegan food Schnitzel that is only looking like a Schnitzel but containing tons of chemicals to hold all the Saitan and Soja together to let it look like it's a real Schnitzel. So this way is for sure much better and I bet I'd love it, too 😃
