That's cool because today I practiced with my classmates and other kids at my school, 2 weeks ago we practiced throwing the football, and last week we did the same, and today at school we were doing football and practicing how to throw it into the goal. So thank you PLC for the video because it helped me a lot today in the gym and I appreciate what you guys are doing so thank you and stay safe. :) :) :)

PFF, Merle Hodge, and other analysis have said accuracy has nothing to do with completion percentage and interception rate. In a year , you can have qb's with 20 interceptions, 50% completion percentage and still be considered accurate. So could someone please define accuracy?

Hello sir, im wondering how to make my spiral tighter on a bullet. I have accuracy down. But how can i throw 30 yard bullet with a good spiral? Thank you.

theres so many factors that come into it buddy, you would need to submit a video of what your throwing motion is like so that corrections can be made. A few things that help for me are this; working on your 10 and 20 yard bullet passes to the point where that ball is always coming out in a tight spiral (it's all about timing and everything working in sync for the ball to be released at the right point in the motion. Once you have that nailed down with correct mechanics, the transition is easier to the deeper bullet passes. I use more hip torque and and emphasize the driving of the elbow coming through over the top. I almost think about leading with the elbow. Also really snapping the wrist down and pronating it as you release the football to get that zip helped me. When your'e technique is down for the shorter throws, adding distance will be the least of your worries. Just tilt the front shoulder up ever so slightly more than usual and bring that elbow through faster. Remember for these types of throws you need to focus more than ever on synergy from the legs up

Jordan West part of it is getting your muscles and rotational capabilities stronger and the other part I would say is described pretty well in the comment below..
