Jeff I completely get you. I was having a very overwhelming and crappy day when this came out. And somehow it was exactly what I needed. They have this ability to make you forget about what’s going on in your life and just enjoy being in the moment. And this song is one of those actions. You just feel like you wanna dance and smile and laugh and be happy. I’m sorry you’ve been going through a lot, but I hope you are able to feel better and hopefully get to even more stable grounding. BTS music, videos and shows are what has been getting me through this year. They truly are music and artists for healing. As RM says "Use BTS to love yourself", in this case we can Use BTS to heal ourselves. This song has made me happy (even joyful) in a world that has been so grey. Jungkook’s intro verse is giving me bruno mars or Michael Jackson vibes!!. His raspy vocals were insane and clear. He was completely feeling himself rocking that retro concept🔥. Letting him start off the song was such a smart move, it will get you hooked up instantly. His pronunciation was also so good almost like a native speaker. His high note and his adlibs towards the end are spot on. He really deserves his main singer position🔥👌. He might be the youngest, but he is so incredibly multitalented☺️.

Jeff god, idk if it's because I can empathize with how you're probably feeling but the short silence right after the mv ended made me start crying. Your face before even saying anything showed that we were probably in the same boat and I really couldn't hold my tears anymore. Also BTS said they released this for us but I think they needed this as well, seeing us and performing in front of us has been taken away from them for like 6 months now and they always say how sad they are about it so I think they themselves needed this as well

Honestly, yesterday I woke up in a bad mood cuz I didn’t sleep very well. And normally when that happens I just lay down on the couch and sulk the rest of the day. But yesterday I thought “nah... I can’t be like this anymore” so I connected KZbin and blasted Dynamite on my TV. It brought up my mood so much, I literally went from hating the world to smiling the rest of the day!

Thanks a lot for your reaction. This song and video sets such a positive mood - I LOVED it! It has great energy and gives off great vibes. Hearing that the guys made it especially for their fans in order to lift everyone's spirits just makes it better. Personally, I feel lucky that I discovered k-pop as a genre right before the quarantine hit. Whether it was stress, boredom, anxiety - it helped by simply lifting my mood everytime I watched a k-pop related video. Be it a music clip, a TV show, a funny moments compilation - it never failed to make me feel better. I do hope that it helped you out with whathever troubles you had as well, even if only a little. I pray whatever you’re or were going through bypass in due time & that you’re blessed with the peace you deserve ❤️ Also, Yoongi is my ult bias so lemme give you a lil background since I see how surprised you were he rapped so well in English. Around 2016-17 during the era of DNA, SUGA revealed his traumatic pass & how he had gotten to that point in his life and career. He stated while jungkook was filming him that he knows how to speak English however, it doesn’t like the way he sounds/his accent when he speaks it so since his leader is more fluently , that’s why he sits back & is very quiet(more talkative now lol) back then Because he wasn’t confident in his English & pronunciation. Plus , SUGA is VERY laid back, quiet, observant, & a amazing listener. All because he might not react like the others, trust me it’s because his listening throughly to what is being & said , & it interpreting the best way for him to understand. Hobi is mainly really the only person who can bring SUGA out of state “unbothered” & quiet state honestly. Yes he gets along w/ the others , duh 🙄(to the fans ONLY, whose gonna be/always mad I said that) but Hobi brings out a side of that emerges on a whole different Yoongi. He has his moments where he feels he in a safe place(mentally first b/c of his passed mental illnesses) where he lets loose, & can be totally silly lol
