I tested Kajal's Dahab expecting a fruity perfume. I was annoyed that no reviewer told that it actually has a strong middle eastern / oriental vibe. It's oriental first and spicy fruity second...Reviewers should describe the "vibe" and overall feel of perfumes instead of notes imo.

Fascinated to hear your review on Ambrosia Imperiale - I got a bottle and I couldn't get rid of it fast enough! I found it screechy and sour, a real scrubber, a scent that wouldn't go away! But my friend loved it! Sometimes fragrances you don't like are more interesting than those you do! 🤣 But me and Navitus = not friends.

I also got deep and desire yacht from her store too and it is literally the best thing I’ve ever smelled. I’m in love! What surprised me, is that I didn’t like Chocolate queen. I will try it again in the winter though.

I almost blind bought Ambrosia Imperiale too and I bought a decant. And am SO GLAD!!! Some people were hyping this up... and I just found it a little rough around the edges. It kind of reminds me of a Montale/Mancera fragrance IYKYK ... I like the fragrance! But it's not a love. I have a 10ml travel-size decant and I am good with that atm

And I love a good beast-mode fragrance, so I guess it is this specific fragrance with some notes that are a little "rough" for me. Kajal Lamar is an amazing and unique scent I get so many compliments when I wear it people stop me in random places wanting to know what I’m fragrance I’m wearing. Out of my 400 plus collection it is one of my top 5. Give it a second chance you might change your mind.

I love Ambrosia Imperial as well, Lamar is really good once it dries down, but smells better on my husband. He layers is with Hacivat and I can’t stop smelling him…incredible layering combo😮

Wow, you must be the only one on this planet who gets that feeling with DnDY. To me it's definitely sweet and a very delicious blueberry muffin. It is just perfection to me. So I think the conclusion here is, always (fully) test the fragrance on your skin, because everybody's body chemistry is different. Maybe you will like One Umbrella for Two.

I got a decant of Kind Intentions and it reminds me of a fragrance I have a sample of from Miller Harris - their new Figue fragrance. It definitely shares something with that one. And I really enjoy both! Easy to wear when I don't want to smell too heavy of anything but still wear perfume (like I always do). I really like it. Both of these fragrances give off a walking through a Meadow vibe.

On beauty KZbin, I would see people receiving cupcakes in PR, but never mentioned them again! For the most part, nobody ever even sprayed the fragrance! The best banana fragrance I own is Celine Ellena for L'Artisan Parfumeur: 'Bana Banana'. I'm stunned by how wearable it is. Creamy, mature, elegant with a great top run of unripe banana/plantain churning through in a similar way to how a green fig note is used but diffused in a totally different way. Too bad it doesn't last longer-- I also think she could have cranked up the volume a bit with it too. Either way, it's really a knockout when it comes to high end chic fruity fragrances as there are so few GOOD banana fragrances to compare it to. I'm disappointed that they discontinued it and will use my bottle sparingly. Fruity fragrances are very rarely my thing, they have to really be something special to get me to purchase a full bottle. My favourite fruity fragrance is 'Une Nuit Magnetique' by Christine Nagel for The Different Company. A masterpiece. The only two fig fragrances I've had full bottles of are 'Oscent Rouge' by Alexandre J and the very similar 'Gris Charnel' by BDK. Most fig fragrances are just way too green for me, reminding me of the green cut flower stems in a florists (it's also why I dislike anything bitter like pettigrain...any earthy vegetal notes or things that smell of wet snapped fresh twigs, or like strong vetiver, patchouli and most citruses). Plus with fig if they go too sweet in the composition is nauseating, smells cheap and far too reminiscent of the household cleaning and air freshener section of the supermarket. I love your channel and your make up was gorgeous in this upload. Perfect, such fun.

I was interested in Ambrosia Imperiale from AI the Great but when I saw the price, I just cannot afford that. I've been on the hunt for a nice banana perfume that is a bit more affordable, so that was disappointing. I had heard Kayali's next fragrance would be a banana one but then she came out with the wedding scents. So ...the hunt continues. Also, I have a perfume with an Earl Grey tea note and I LOVE it! It's a Middle Eastern perfume called I Am the Queen by Ana Al Malikah. Its gorgeous. It also has notes of cloves, bergamot, jasmine, orange blossom, oud, tonka, and guaiac wood. So yummy!

I think you and I have very similar tastes. This is the 3rd video where I’ve agreed with you on pretty much everything lol! I can not stand Lamar! It’s, to me, the worse smelling hyped up fragrance of the year so far lo! So so masculine and I just don’t like it. Not even for hubby lol! Ambrosia I blind bought and it’s soooo good! I went back and forth between a sample of hufflepuff or cream chiffon and went with cream but hufflepuff sounds good. I too do not own any cupcakes so was glad to be able to get the sample from Greta. I should have my samples Monday. I love unknown pleasures! I have samples of kind intentions and deep and desire otw as well.

Love hearing your candid thoughts. I really didn’t like Deep N Desire Yacht. I didn’t find the blueberry accord realistic at all. my experience was it smelt like blueberry jello mixed with flat lemonade that you were eating at a petrol station with all the gas/oil fumes in the air - yuck. I can’t do any of the Kerosene scents either. I amp up the caramel too much and it makes me feel nauseous. Follow and Follow me were also big no’s. But you can’t deny the performance. I preferred a semi-gourmand “OneMore “ by Francesca Dell’Oro which was a stunning lemon gourmandy scent :). I’m keen to try out theKind Intentions. Absolutely no idea on what it will smell like. But it’s on my sample list for the month :)

I havent gotten the first banana 🍌 one you mentioned i blind bought lamar kajal in the winter and ended up selling it. It smells middle eastern and masculine so ya not a good one. in didnt get paulinas fragrance but i dont like Navitus they have terrible customer service and they dont package carefully just a crap house to me. i havent smelled hufflepuff but Greta is sending me Minnie so cant wait to smell it. I also got Deep n Desire Yacht in the winter but i ended up selling it because it was too fruity. i also didnt like ruby n vanilla i need to smell it again 6 months later.
