i must say watching how u give love to the Sony a6000 is such a refreshing thing to see.

definitely still an awesome camera. The a6100 is now my daily driver, but for those wanting to save a couple hundred bucks, the a6000 still gets my recommendation! Thanks for checking this out!

Kyle, appreciate you sharing your insight on the a6000 and it's possibilities. You seem like a really good person, thanks again!

This could be a real estate photographer’s dream. I use a Sony a6600 with the 10-18mm f/4. I usually shoot at 10 or 12mm at f/8.
@kyletaggart3 жыл бұрын
Could be, but it does have purple fringing around the edges. I did a review in the Pergear 12mm f2. I’d choose that over this

You should review the 7artisans Photoelectric 18mm f/6.3 UFO Lens!
@621add3 жыл бұрын
It’s 1 cm slimmer than the Sony 20 mm f 2.8! I love that perspective shot with the road going off into the distance. This would be a cool lens for interior shots, my Rokinon 12mm f 2 isn’t always wide enough to capture some of my renovation work!
@kyletaggart3 жыл бұрын
Definitely wide enough, but it needs a lot of light at f8! Also yeah it was fun walking around the frozen lake with it. Requires the edit time too. I should have taken my camera off auto ISO as it was a super bright day. I could have raised the ISO to save time later.
@621add3 жыл бұрын
@@kyletaggart that’s the worst, half way through a photography outing and realizing a setting isn’t ideal (usually my ISO is too high because it’s bumped up when I’m taking pictures in my house...). So much extra editing.....😖

Also, finally checked out Camera Conspiracy’s video - funny dude; also, enjoyed noticing the Ontario, Canada license plates, then the Toronto garbage cans, then the street he’s walking along, and then! Seeing a straight-up Tim horton’s.

Dude those edited pictures are a huge increase over the originals. How do you do that?
@kyletaggart3 жыл бұрын
I think the originals were on auto ISO, so a lot of shots in bright daylight put the ISO to 100. So, exposure was the first thing I corrected. Second was distortion (making it less bendy). After that I added some clarity (Especially to the Jeep shot) for some punch. Then a little sharpness, saturation, and contrast.
@MrCameraJunkie3 жыл бұрын
I would have to agree, it's the smallest lens available for Sony E-Mount. Surprised with the images, especially the jeep photo and straight road photos. Great Vid. see you in the next one!🏀🔥

Great video Kyle! Vignetting looks good in video but there was lots of purple in the corners in photos. Can that be corrected? Also, got my Sigma 16mm last week finally after the winter storm here in Texas and it's amazing! The sharpness and bokeh is fantastic. Can you recommend an ND filter for it? I'm looking at the K&F Concept or Gobe brand.
@kyletaggart3 жыл бұрын
I recently got a K&F concept tripod to test, and I'm loving it. Can't speak on their filters but so far so good in terms of quality for price imo. I've only used Sandmarc filters, which they're primarily an iphone filter brand, but the ones I got work well on the Sigma 16mm. I did a review on those! As for the purple on these shots, I didn't notice (purple isn't a color I see well). I did check the box for any chromatic aberration in lightroom, also purple on the corners would be something different than CA.

I like the images you took, per usual. But im not a huge fan of fish eye, or wide angle lense (at least those are the same thing). I was gonna ask about the purple rings around certian photos if that was the case, but some one pointed it out. Haha

Yeah not sure what the purple is about. That’s hard for me to see (red deficient color blind lol)

Bought the a6000 last year October with two kit lenses 16-50 & 55-210mm I’ve been doing product photography with these but I want one of the sigma trio lens, I’m confused between the 30mm and 56mm which one should I get ?
@kyletaggart3 жыл бұрын
If you’re inside with it a ton of room, the 30mm would be better. If you have more room, than the 56mm. The 56mm feels sharper overall. Will be comparing it to the Viltrox 56mm soon.

It's pretty much a rip off of the Olympus 9mm bodycap fisheye lens be it made with metal. I think it'll be a fun lens if you just want a day to use your camera as a point and shoot and for the money, can't really go wrong.

The 10mm f5.6 can be bought for $50 and doesn't have the purple vignetting. No brainer.
