I made this today with chicken legs...the masala and sauce is superb!!! But it turned out hectic due to my own errors...i put some in instant pot which caused burn notice and the rest i put in Staub cocette in oven, which formed so much water in the pot so i had to take the pot out of the oven and put on stove to dry out the water, then i took chicken legs out and slightly fried in a little oil on pan so give good look. Will try again another day. Hope its going to be a success inshAllah

I tried your recipe and I have to say its the best Peri Peri I have had so far. The little bit of sugar you add, really takes away that super tangy taste that I'm not a big fan of. Jazakillahu khairan, it will be one of my staples from now on.
