Great video, thou wish you include Softdisc which is also a good option and is kinda like a Menstrual cup, however Softdiscs are disposable and come in only one size.

@@kayla3344 lol no. I'm 30 and have been getting my period since I was 10. I like the channel because it's interesting and I even learn new things. I didn't know about diva cups until watching this video for example.

I am so afraid of tampons, but try to use them once in a while. I try the smallest ones I found. I tried a couple of times but I just couldn't put it in and it hurt me. I even helped my self with a mirror, but id didn't help me much. I ride horses so it's a bit uncomfortsble and hot with a pad, but still I feel like pads are the best fit for me now. Sorry if anyone felt disturbed, I just felt like I have to share this story.

@@maddiepaints8670 Oh, I completely forgot about that comment 😅 But actually, guess what? It worked! I just had to get to know how I am built with my fingers, if you know what I mean! Turns out, that I can't push the tampon in completely straight, it has to go a bit down at first. And also I need to use a bit more strenght. But you're right, being relaxed really helps! ;)

You can even use Disposable Diapers as the easiest alternative which absorb alot. Always makes great Period Diapers.

Depends! If you had gotten yours less than 1-2 years ago, yes it is! if you have had yours for a while longer then 2 years, go check in with a doctor

Well you can have your period twice or just once in a month sometimes, but if you missed your period something is wrong and you don’t miss your period unless your pregnant
