Sometimes, recognizing patterns in your body can give you a little heads-up. And always having a little emergency period kit with essentials like pads, tampons, pain relievers, and an extra pair of underwear can be a lifesaver for those unexpected moments.

Random tips •drink warm water, less to drink cold water. •eat less spicy food •often showers •change pad regularly •bring extra pads and underwear if you going out •track your period I think that's all i hope it helps😅❤ For those are on period, don't be afraid.. is normal for girls to get period.. everyone had experience it especially your mother, you can ask her for advice or tips to handling periods ❤❤

Of course, if you really can't handle the pain, you can take painkillers. However, if you can tolerate it or you've already tried using a hot compress and it's still very painful, then go ahead and take medication. Just try not to become too dependent on painkillers because it might harm your liver.
