my periods are 6-12 days long, with cramps so bad that i usually sit in front of the toilet throwing up and crying from the pain. i can’t really do anything. and i literally start crying over anything. once it’s because my dog showed me affection.

I know im 4 years too late but, just in case you haven’t (which you probably have), you might want to bring up endometriosis to your doctor. Your extreme pain and long periods could be explained by that and, if you have it, your doctor could help you manage it. Hope youre doing better now ❤
