Why at 2:21 Boron has 2 2p electrons and Carbon - 3 2p electrons? Aren't these Carbon and Nitrogen? (in the scheme where electrons are depicted by arrows)

Good catch. Thank you for pointing this out. The actual number of electrons should be 5 and 6 and not as it is illustrated in the video (6 and 7).
