This, imo, is a better option than the laser surgery they pushed on me. I have more recession in areas that were problematic, and the laser surgery even created recession and gaps in areas that were not problematic. Gaps and loss of gum tissue in areas that once had healthy gum tissue, now allow stain to adhere. The gum tissue along my bottom front teeth is still blue because my perio was not able to see or access the roots of my teeth. I truly regret laser surgery and would've thought this a better option.
