Perks I Like BETTER Than Voltshot On Subjunctive

I rolled my Subjunctive for PvP since my Ikelos is pretty much my dedicated Arc PvE SMG. Fluted Barrel, Accurized Rounds, Golden Tricorn and Under Pressure with Range MW. 46 Range, 44 Stability and 83 Handling. GT for the damage boost after the first kill and UP compliments GT for those 1v2/1v3 situations we all find ourselves in when playing Crucible. The Nano-muitions intrinsic is icing on the cake if I happen to be near another team mate. I run a Peacekeeper Arc Titan with 100 Mobility, Resilience and Recovery. Hella fun overall!

Oh, nice. I like that setup! I typically cover pvp, too, but I didn't think this was worth using in PvP. You might have just changed my mind!!

@@AceInTheSpade Give it a shot, it's pretty solid! I run a Rangefinder/Target Lock Immortal in my primary slot. With Peacekeepers auto loading holstered SMG's I never have to reload! 😅😅😅

I actually really like the Grave Robber/Golden Tricorn combo. Might be good to have this roll instead of an IKELOS copy.

Agreed. Voltshot is great. I just like Swash/GT a bit more on this weapon, at least.

I’ve been using gravel robber + tricots on the Out of Bounds SMG with Assasins Cowl arc hunter. Feels great for the reasons you list.

I love voltshot on some weapons, but here I personally went with Stats For All and One For All, since those two perks synergize and I'm a big fan of the perk combo since the Sweet Sorrow auto rifle could roll the same combo. I'm a warlock main, so melee isn't something that I'm normally doing unless I'm running Sunbracers. I sometimes feel that 900 RPM SMGs often don't deal enough damage to get the kill and quite often have stability issues, so voltshot doesn't trigger on reload. Subjunctive is stable enough that it can land multiple critical hits in a row to kill, so voltshot is viable, but if I really need that perk I would much rather use Brigand's Law, which deals enough damage to consistently get kills, even though its stability is more of an issue. Completely different weapon though, but I'm more of a sidearm/hand cannon guy myself. Wish we could get the leaves off of the weapon though and have it look like the old Sol Pariah 6 SMG from Curse of Osiris, of which Subjunctive's model is using. I very much prefer not wielding a weapon that looks like it spent the last thousand years rusting away in the Black Garden.

@AceInTheSpade So far, I would say it's only good on small mag weapons like smgs or primaries with envious so you can proc it multiple times in 1 mag. Really fun perk once you start generating orbs all over the place, not to mention the origin trait allows for multiple procs.

I tend to just use perks based on the build I use. for voidloc builds I like demo more. And on solar warlock with sunbracers I like ways of getting melee ability back faster. And I've always felt that voltshot was a fairly weak perk when your main way of clearing out ads on an arc warlock is to spam abilities. Meaning that a perk that chains off of other enemies won't really add much. Instead, you'd want perks that grant bonuses for the times your abilities are down and need them back. But to be fair, warlock is much heavier based on building ability loops than other classes.

Oh yeah, I love those perks as well. But more specifically, on this weapon, I prefer Swash/GT myself.

See i like voltshot cause its litteraly just a better ikelos smg for pve and its the standard i measure all smgs by in pve

Hey to each their own. If you love it on this weapon go for it! :) I just like GT/Swash a bit more for my build otherwise I would go voltshot.
