Mobile pass does not work. Waving the phone around like an idiot and kiosk does not detect the nfc pass which is activate to read mode. Poor job not updating or mentioning a work around by redbox

@@redbox slhama. Hi I have a question or two I rented today for the first time did not sign in at the kiosk is there a way that it's register that purchase at my perks on the app for Points?? And if i separate in the app but I don't pay in the app but I paid at the kiosk is still will registered at my perks??
