I have quite a lot of fruit trees in my backyard and never thought to make tea from the leaves. I have been making bulk iced tea from lemon grass, I have 5 litres in the fridge right now. So refreshing during our hot summer. But I will do some research and try dehydrating my fruit tree and berry leaves.

Hi Ewa, do you ever mix dried fruit or herbs in your tea blends?
@PermacultureHaven8 күн бұрын
Yes, I sometimes do but mostly using the leaves for tea and the fruit to eat or preserve.

You should have finished by making a tea with the leaves. Do you dry the leaves or just put them in a jar green? Do you then just put them in a cup and pour hot water on them?
