Hi, plz I have a question, my ETA 9089 was filed October 2021, after 6 months of wait which was April last month, my attorney asked me to sign my ETA, does this means my ETA has been approved or what, plz explain to me

Thank you! If someone is out of status and in the country do they have any chances to get approved for an eb2 or eb3?

The DOL can approve the Labor Certification, and USCIS can approve the I-140 as the foreign national's status is irrelevant. The question is, can the foreign national move to the last step and apply for residency? In this case, it sounds like they would have to apply through a US consulate or embassy abroad and may also need a waiver. - Ben

my eta 9089 is approved and i renew my passport and name changed now on my husband's name its EB 3 visa application for alien workers.does it make any problem in USCIS for filing I140???

Am i allowed or is it not advisable to enter USA to take my licensure exam after approval of i140? ( or while my immigration papers on process)
