I have applied for pr thru pnp nova scotia in skilled worker stream but unfortunately I have lost my job at the end of oct and informed pnp office 25th oct. They have given 60 days( by 28th dec) to show new job offer and paused my pr processing, after that they will cancel pnp. But on 20th nov I have received pr conformation portal email and replied instantly. Did not hear back till now. Now question is, in worst case if my pnp is cancelled after 28th dec, then my pr application will be refused?

I’m currently waiting for my CoPR and I’m inland. Why does the email ask for a photo though if we already submitted two photos with our application? We have to take ANOTHER photo or is that only if your original photos aren’t good? Hopefully during covid I can get another picture if this is the case since it requires removing your mask indoors.

Can you throw light on the logic of two-step process post passport is sought for granting PR. If the passport is delivered to CPC-Ottawa office for stamping, why get into CoPR, interview or flagpole and then issue of PR? this step of CoPR shud be merged with "email" process followed now by IRCC for applicants who are already in Canada. This will reduce the load on immigrant officers/ border officials who have to work extra for flagpole activity. Maybe IRCC can make the process more efficient unless there is something deeper, security issue which is needed to have this CoPR step.

Hi Kubeir! I have received a letter for outland spouse that says I have to submit my passport only after primary applicant PR confirmation status. PA is already in Canada, why didn't she receive portal email instead because all CEC applicants are receiving portal email. We contacted IRCC and agent was also confused why we got such letter. Agent has asked us to wait, what do you suggest?

I have a question to share with you...I applied for Express entry October 2019 with CRS score of 438 NOC 3012 ..I know the draws has not been favorable with my score. So I haven't gotten invitation yet.. During my EE application on the PNP selection section I choosed all province, but I haven't gotten Nomination yet.. What do you advise me to do? Should I just pick a province like Alberta or there is no disadvantage in ticking all province..? Because am worried, no ITA yet from any province.. Kuberji i have one question .... i am from india my pr file was approved on march 9 2020 and same day i got my passport request letter . I had send my passport to canada high commission in new dehli for visa stamping . Unfortunetly they send my passport back to me aski g for fresh medical exam as it was about to expired on 28 march 2020 . I have submitted my new medical exam test on march 19 2020 and result are on the file as i checked with ircc . Problem is that like since then i am waiting for fresh passport call for visa stamping since march as all vfs are close in india .
