I was a smoker as well, I’m now a year and week clean, my quit date was January 10th of last year, and I decided ima go till I absolutely need it, and when those cravings came I put pastor Steven on to remind me I don’t need what I crave, but I need what I don’t ask for. And I’m still goin strong slowly breakin habits because what he said last year, about commiting to Gods process, in the restriction has been lifted

I love how God's timing is so perfect. God has been telling me that its time to grow up and time to get rid of the old and step into the new. And that involves a shedding of self, of my fleshly desires. So what I've been doing all day, before I found this sermon, was that I was cleaning my room. Purging of all of my childhood clothes, my childhood toys, my childhood memories. I want a clean start. And I know that this cleansing of my mind and environment is just the beginning of being cleaned by God and renewed and refreshed. Because He also reminded me that you must make room for the new. My room was cluttered and full of old stuff. I have to get rid of the old stuff to make room for God. I have to clean up the place and invite Him in. Nothing to hide no shame. So its very cool that this message arrived to me. Bless you and your work Steven, I pray God continues to bless you and empower you in Jesus's mighty name. Amen.

You people are worshipping false gods. "Je" means son, and "sus" is another name for "zeus". So "Jesus" means "son of zeus": and *zeus* is a false god. This name was also used as a salutation "hail zeus" by ancient Romans. Actually, The 10 commandments were known as God, and The words of God throughout the entire Old Testament. "God" is a title: and it is given to something that can save your life...therefore the words of God was automatically know as God, and was called YHWH, Yahweh or Yah. And according to the scriptures, Yah became flesh and was called "Yahushua Ha'Mashiach". This message yesterday slayed. Honestly went to the top slot of number one message of all time, after the Death to Selfie's, Sister Wives, had held that position for 9 years. it was as if God came down and sat and spoke directly to everything I have been asking, and seeking Him for in recent months. Everything I have been running from, doing nothing about, this message challenged me to face. It is so hard to step into the new you. It is so easy to stay stuck in the limitations and to own it and find comfort in it because to be changed by God...is so scary and it is so easy to say I just don't have it in me, but then to be reminded that we see ourselves the way God does, and to be encouraged to surrender. My life changed in the space of an hour, because now there is no excuse to stay stuck. There is no excuse to stay in the familiar. The familiar is hurting. I just didn't want to step out because it has been so much easier to stay in the hurt I know than risk the possibility of disappointment and failure. Thank you always Ps Steven for your obedience to God, for allowing the Holy Spirit to speak in and through you, and for your courage to speak truth, even when there is so much adversity. I cannot delay finishing my book now. Yesterday set up the road to getting my book published, and trusting that God is in that process even as fear of people's probable opinions and judgment has kept me silent for so long. So thank you. Thank you for always honoring God

I need prayer. I'm going through a VERY ugly divorce and custody battle. I love my wife and would love nothing more than to spend the rest of my life loving her. She, on the other hand, has packed up my kids and taken them 700 miles from the home we had together. I have fallen back into alcohol. Alcohol is the main problem I'm our marriage. I'm struggling to put it down. I need His strength and grace. We have court in a couple weeks and custody/Visitation will be determined. She has fabricated/exaggerated a BUNCH of events throughout our marriage in an effort to prove to the courts that I'm unsafe and shouldn't be able to see my children, she has told the courts she thinks I will hurt her or worse. At this point, I think if the courts would just require her to bring my kids back to our home town and I got to see them on the weekends, then I would be happy with that. I still have hope that God will perform a miracle in our marriage. Please pray for us. Thank you

I've been following God for 5 years. 5 years sober. The last 2 years have been difficult in spiritual warfare like I've never experienced before. I'm not totally experienced but I guess learning by going through it. Doesn't make it any easier and relapse and crossed my mind BUT I am still sober. Thank you Jesus. Crawling spiritually on bloody knees and elbows it feels like. I just need to know how to get out of this internal pit. How is it that seemingly every message is mine? When Pastor talked about God is going to make me better even after being broken, it was like breathing fresh air again…I had honestly started to feel hopeless after a string of what I call “failures” in my life… I had begun to just throw my hands up at the relentless brick walls coming my way, and just pretty much “silent quit” and stopped hoping for some things I had been believing for. But just this one simple part of Pastor’s sermon revived my hope!! PRAISE JESUS!! Just knowing that God is still actively engaged in my life is apparently all I needed. It’s so good to be directly reminded of God’s love and that He has plans for us.

I won’t quit what God called me to do! ❤

I am going to be 57 in March and am finally employed since Dec of last year after being unemployed since June and I am currently homeless living out of one our vehicles and my other half in the other. I shared this message with him. As he has and still chooses to quit on what he knows to do BUT I do NOT ONLY DON'T GET TO QUIT but Chooses NOT TO QUIT. Do I get down and distracted and get set backs YES but God still reminds me what He has called me to do and also in His Loving Kindness to me brings people to ask me and reminds me. He has been making me more bold to speak up and out but also given me the desire to intercede for people through prayer as well. Especially for my spouse and family and even family or extended family that do not want or never wanted get to know me or give me the time of day. We are who are in Christ called to love and pray for them and I feel that as Beth Moore states to the marrow of my bones but as she stated in her latest series These Words of Mine re Christ's Words in Red to be real and raw with God and tell how mad, sad, resentful etc I may be feeling towards a person or their behavior towards me or in their case towards themselves 😭 and how broken 💔 I feel for them as I know ONLY He can heal them but right now they aren't choosing to turn to Him to let Him do it. I still show them love and still remind them of His love for them and God waiting on them. God lead to me to Psalm 107 when I was asking why or what is going on with them as I was concerned if perhaps mental like onset of Alzheimer's due to some behavior but we also lose what we knew about God when we chose to rebellious and choose our Old way of life. God has drawn me closer to Him through this as I NEVER be able to handle this under my own strength.

Today I got offered a promotion for shift lead at my job at Murphy's and I accepted. It be an extra .50 an hour and it should start some time next month

I had been struggling to understand what God is doing right now in my life. I asked God and have been asking to make a way for my father who’s in prison. That he receives a no guilty verdict. I received bad news from his lawyer yesterday … I feel so lost and so sad … but I kept telling me it’s not is not finished yet. My fathers lawyer may be looking at an impossible but I’m looking at a possible. I can’t quit what I had asked God on. Please pray for my family for my father especially! 💛🙌🏾

This happened to us. My fiance got 5 years and I begged God. But the work God has been doing on us during this time is incredible! God's ways are so much higher than ours. There's a purpose in everything
