I love this video. It was very helpful to me. Also I appreciate very much when nurses acknowledge that we’re not perfect at retaining every single bit of information at all times and the fact that education is ongoing. Excellent video.

Mam ,i am little bit confused about charting pupil size whether we should document pupil size before constriction or after constricting to light

Both is what is recommend but most people chart only the post constriction size
