Man, Perry is a sharp guy! He remembers dates, spots, towns! That's pretty impressive considering alot of people in the industry can't do that so well. Glad to see he's seemingly doing well in life. He went pretty hard back years ago! Especially in ECW! Good stuff!

Yeah it's great to see him like this again. He looked great when he resurfaced but I think a few years back he had a brief interview with Apter and he was talking about his yrs sober but if you didn't know he was a wrestler with concussions you'd be like "yeah right". Hopefully whatever he's been up to at home has been stimulating his mind.

Seems like there were several attempts to get Goldberg to work longer matches but unfortunately they still weren't able to get as many out of him as they needed. Love Saturn and feel awful about all the terrible things he went through after being released by the WWF after they gave him the moppy punishment, and then all the years of financial woes and homelessness... This man served his country, was shot twice while defending a woman who was being sexually assaulted, and despite all his talents and credentials never reached the heights he was destined for as a professional wrestler.

@@lewisb85 well, DDP arguably got Goldberg's best match out of him at Halloween Havoc back in WCW. Unfortunately, the home audience didn't get to see it until the following night on Nitro. And really unfortunate for Goldberg he knocked himself out cold in that match. Still, due to the grace of God they finished that match after making it a longer and more competitive match than he ever had before.

God bless Perry Saturn for real and looking back at the past I think Goldberg got way too much of a push too fast. The WCW should have had a year long storyline after Sting beat Hogan at Superbowl 1998 to win the belt. The storyline should have been Sting as the champ having a long feud with Bret Hart not Goldberg becoming the champ and hurting people in the ring like Bret Hart. If I ran it with my common sense attitude WCW might still exist.

You can hate Bill after get smart by Watching podcasts and thinking certain people are talented and some are overrated and the wrestlers jealousy gets ingrained into you thinking its unfair. But you need to get the facts straight, without Hogan WWF or wrestling would have never been bigger. Goldberg drew more money with 5 moves and no psychology. In wrestling the look and gimmick play the main part of being successful. Vince McMahon made Bret Hart the champion and WWF only drowned. Warrior with 2 moves drew more money than Stu harts entire family. That's the reality, accept it.
