Sounds amazing I loved it! If not using a volume pedal you should mention if you haven't that you need a guitar with a good quality volume pot. Some guitars have cheaper pots that go from off to full on at around only 2-3 then don't get much louder after that.

Merci! 😇😇😇! I love the loopers in the chain. I don't have all those very nice pedals but I do have the big Sky, El Capistan, and line 6 DL4 MK2, and the Neunaber Immersion... I would really like to better understand where the loopers can go and how many is needed? As always magnifique music! I used to have the ditto 4 but it is too complcated and too big for what I can do. I am thinking of buying a couple of little ones like the LEKATO Looper Pedal, Looper Pedals with SYNC & Tuner Function as they are very affordable, small, simple and have very good reviews.

You explain the easiest way. "Ambient for dummies"! :) Thank you! One thing i dont understand: how you record sound from Walrus ACS1? Do you use some card like Focusrite? Or recorder like Zoom? Is it able to record sound from Walrus, using Zoom h4 recorder (line/guitar inputs)?
@PerryFrank

Thank you very much 🙏 I connect the pedalboard direct into the audio interface, I'm using the Focursite Scarlett. About the Zoom h4, yes you could connect it directly to that recorder but you will need a speaker or headphones to hear what you're doing

Perry, why don’t you place loopers one by one at the end of the chain before BigSky? It seems to be the same… Why you place them at different places?
@PerryFrank
@PerryFrank 6 күн бұрын
If I do like you say I can't process the loops once they're recorded, they remain the same until the end of the song. Using this order you can change their sounds, I find it more interesting and creative, but man, it's only my taste. Cheers

Is it necessary to have 3 loopers? If you only have 1 looper like the Ditto x4 is this still possible? Would you still put it last in your chain.
@PerryFrank
@PerryFrank Жыл бұрын
No man, it's not necessary, I've explained my way of creating music. If you want you can use just one or two. If your sound is better with the dittox4 as last pedal I can tell you that it's okay to put it last in the chain. I have the ditto x4, and sometimes I still use it but it's too big and I prefer smaller pedals.

Before I watch the rest of this video... I feel the need to tell you the numbers of the strings. From the lowest (thickest) to the highest (thinnest) they are numbered 6 to 1. In standard tuning this would be E=6, A=5, D=4, G=3, B=2, E=1. I believe you've numbered them in reverse order. Check any guitar guide/book/lesson. I've been a music educator for 45+ years and wouldn't want you to confuse any beginners who may watch this. Now... I'm going to watch the rest of your video. Nice gear BTW
