The two remote turrets come with ai blades, don't know if you need actually people running ammo, If not you can get away to a crew of 3 tho the pilot/ captain would also have to do engineering (power management)in the cargo bay I'd for sure go for a medical Ursa, which we know can fit and would thus allow for respawn on the ship. In the official Q&A they also stated that the big guns, the manual turrets CAN be controlled by an ai blade, so theoretically, you COULD solo this ship.
