Thanks for asking and your support. If you look at the video you will notice the ice cream is not melted, but it is a little softened. You must not melt the ice cream.

The pure one I read comments some say it’s smells bad and some say if the pure one is old it might smell. I believe it shouldn’t have sweet taste at all. I still have not purchased it yet.

@ It is not something sweet. I got mine in Etsy. Try them. At the same time, if you don't use it, definitely will not make a huge difference

I am so sorry you did not like this video. But please remember unfortunately, not all of the viewers have the luxury of time and equipment, and they cannot go down the road to (بستنی اکبر مشتی) and buy some. Then we should simplify the art of cooking, and this is the easiest and simplest way to have something almost similar to the Persian Ice-Cream.
