WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE WAY TURKISH NEYZENS BLOW AND THE WAY YOU BLOW? DOES THE SOUND CHANGE? THANK U
@serseriherif95306 жыл бұрын
jannassary the turkish neyzen play with a 'bashpare' wich is a round mouthpiece they put in the ney. Iranian ney is played without a mouthpiece (or with a metal extension for better sound) and hissing inside the ney to get a sharp sound

@@serseriherif9530 Hello, how are you? Thank you for the videos. I play the same way, but on the Arab flute, not only Persian. I would like to know if the flute you have is Persian or Arabic.
@serseriherif95302 жыл бұрын
@@mohamadal-amari8900 it is Turkish, but uI also have Iranian neys so it depends: the iranian one has a more difficult blowing technique, but it is very well explained here by Kees in the video, watch them very carefully and multiple time over a certain period untill you understand it.
