About forgiveness: The nature of your being, personality, frequency determines to a degree how to go about it. I found in forgiving yourself of all the negativity, chaotic energy, shame, the anger and emotions, intrusive thoughts.... trying to simple forgive others won't do it, because all those things are in you as if attacking your soul. In forgiving yourself do you let go the burden; severing the bondage that enthralled the soul. Taking the initiate and in realization burns it away. Those who wrong you are empty vessels. The only anger exists is in you. Forgiving yourself is forgiving others. Having mercy unto others do you recieve mercy. Takes much Will to really forgive. To face that feeling of revenge and hatred eating at the Soul. To let go. When you let go, having severed that line, you have great power.
