I download .mkv episodes. then i use MKVExctractGUI to exctract the audio tracks. Then open the audio .ac3 in Audacity and delete all the tracks except one which is the dialogue track and then export as .wav file. Sorry for my english. I hope this helped.

I use QBittorrent but you can also use UTorrent. Then download in 720p or 1080p
