I picked up manga not long ago and I absolutely love it. There are some few scenes that I didn't like how artist depicted but overall the pacing and character interactions are superb. I would say it's better then anime, which for me felt more like a gag series.

I absolutely love Persona 4 Golden, I love the Persona 4 anime series but I have never read the manga. I’m hoping to get a physical copy of this manga (instead of an ebook) but they are almost 20$ per book! I also noticed that they are only 160 pages. Are they worth it for that price? 20$ for 160 pages seems a bit much.

It is a bit much for that price tag; however the Persona 4 and 3 manga books are a bit bigger in size compared to the typical manga volumes like Persona 5. I'd say if someone's a huge fan of Persona 4, then this is 100% worth it due to the artwork. Otherwise it might not make sense to justify the price tag. Used manga is cheaper on secondhand markets such as Facebook Marketing and eBay, so might have some luck finding these on there too.

Awesome video. I do have a question regarding this manga. POSSIBLE SPOILERS FOR P4G Does this manga only cover events from the original P4, or does it also cover the Golden stuff (Marie’s dungeon, extra events, and the epilogue)?

Very good question, the manga adaptation mainly covers the original P4. There's only maybe 2 Golden events that happen in the manga (Junes Concert and Pursuing the true killer alone). Marie has no mention in the manga at all.

Hello so with the recent release of Persona 3 Portable and Persona 4 Golden on Xbox it’s allowed me to finally experience this outstanding series on my preferred platform. I do however have some questions that I hope you’ll be able to answer for me though as I’ve never purchased things overseas or things that aren’t inherently English. So I’ve began purchasing the Mangas which is another form of media I’d never used previously. I own many Graphic Novels etc but never bought Mangas before. My first question would be which ones am I missing as it’s incredibly difficult for me to find this information online. Perhaps I’m being dense but if you wouldn’t mind helping me out. For Persona 3 I own 1,2,3,5,6,7,8 and 9. I’ve read that there are 9 but others say there are more. For P4 I have only the first one. But a different question is are there two different Mangas like there are games? Maybe this is a stupid question but I’ve never encountered a series where they have two versions of games like Persona does. For Persona Q I have Side P4:1 and P3:2 just thought I’d add if you’re wondering why they are staggered and I’m missing obvious numbers between I’m having to order these off of Amazon so whatever they have is what I have to get XD For Persona 5 I believe I’m entirely up to date with but feel free to let me know if I’m wrong. I have volumes 1-9. For Persona 5 Mementos I have 1-3. I was even more over the moon to discover they have animations of the series as well so I picked up Persona 3 the movie 1-4. Persona 5 The animation part one & 2. As well as The Daybreakers. I know there is a Persona 4 animation but my hesitation to buying it is that I cannot find any information on whether it’s got English Subtitles and will work in the UK on a standard Blu-Ray player. If you know the answer to even any of these questions I would be very appreciative and grateful thanks so much. If I’ve also missed anything like other animations, movies or Mangas please let me know so I can be on the look out for them as well thanks!!!

Good day sir, I don't mind answering all of these questions. Megaten Wiki is a great source from my experience when it comes to research. Persona 3M: There are 11 volumes total. If you see they're in French covers. Don't worry, the manga author did this cuz he's a fan of Mitsuru P4M: There's only 1 series and is by the same author from P3M. I'm not sure in Japanese if they made an adaptation for Golden; however there are short novels for 1x Naoto and 1x Yosuke. PQM: Its a weird one, because its an uncommon manga to find - which is weird because its from Kodansha Comics (A very well known company in Japan). There are 4 volumes for P4's side that tells the full story of Q while P3 only has 2 due to it being an alternative story that Q wanted players to experience in the game. Now I have never played the P3's side for Q on 3ds, so I'm not sure about the differences as much. P5M: Everything sounds about right. P4A: There is 2 anime series for P4. One is of course the original - which is based off of the PS2 version. This is still one of my favourite video game anime. Then there's Persona 4 Golden - which is only in JP and its not the best. It only covers Marie's S-Link and her bonds with the IT. I'm not too sure about if any of the DVD discs work with the Blue Ray Player. There is 1 anime called Persona Trinity Soul, but its very meh and only Akihiko is the only returning character with weird writing.

@@Frostyrnb77 Thank you so much for taking the time to respond. I know there was a lot there XD It’s a new thing I’m discovering here so I want to make as few mistakes as possible. So I really do appreciate it, it sucks that over here in the UK there aren’t too many in person stores to look at these in person and pick up. Otherwise I’d have done that XD But yeah this is the first anime series that has caught my interest other than the Castlevania Netflix show (Huge fan of Castlevania that’s why :D) It’s awesome how tight nit the communities are of these series and how passionate people are about them. I plan on watching your other videos of the collections as I did really enjoy this one.

This would depend on country/state/province. I got some volumes at Barnes & Nobles and some on Amazon. Though Amazon might be your best pick. Only downside is there's no bundle/collectors edition, so you'll have to purchase each volume separately at retailers. One P4 volume Manga price tends to be $13.99 PLUS sales tax (if applicable)

Well, at least I know you also know about this... I feel tempted to ask about what happens or spoliers in all Volumes and how they are similar and different to the game and anime but I just think I need find a way to buy it... my sister has almost all playstion my sister plays Persona 3 4 and 5 game. my sister got me into the Persona 5 anime but I whated to watch Persona 4 anime I watched Persona 4 and now i"m into it i wood not watch Persona 5.
