"Sorrowful Ruin Zone" for Futaba. Works on two levels. It's a ruin filled with memories of sorrow, and it's a good descriptor as to how letting her sorrow and guilt fester ruined her life up until the events of the game. And it still fits with the deadly sins theme, as Tristitia(sorrow/despair/despondency) was once considered as one of the original deadly sins before it was eventually 'merged' with Sloth. Acedia would probably work as well as it "is translated to apathetic listlessness; depression without joy. It is related to melancholy" and/or "spiritual or mental sloth; apathy." (but then I would need to rework the name, and I've already spent more than an hour thinking this over way more than I ever did with any of my coursework in college.)

Yes, I know this theme plays during a lot of other boss fights, but I will always associate it most with this boss fight with Kamoshida. It just felt like it was fitting, had the perfect buildup to it and everything.

That's an interesting choice of Persona for this boss. I generally use Obariyon, one of my favorite early game Personas (for resistance to Physical and good physical skills) against Kamoshida.
