God DAMN now THIS is a version I love! I could see this being a Strikers version of this song since Strikers is more rock-leaning.

@damusicmahn honestly the entire palace is considered spoiler territory, so I'm not surprised there's a lack of art or anything to use. hell, my PS4 even locked screencap capability (which is bullshit) and recording.

Thoroughly excited for your cover of "Keep your faith/throw away your mask". If you intend to do it that is
@Chaeley4 жыл бұрын
Went and bought it about forty seconds in. Straight-up better than the original. The way it plays with the melody and interprets the theme from all angles is just out of this world, but the way it crests and breaks between 3:33 and 3:34 is what took my breath away. God this is just amazing in every way. Thanks so much for this.

This cover is amazing it really sounds like the song evolved into a metal style with new levels reached with more skills like in a rpg. It’s as if the song matured and got few new tricks up it’s sleeve.

When the guitar started it was like that tv meme of the dude getting blown away by whats on his tv like it was a galeforce wind. Nicely done, what tabs did you use or did you write your own?
@damusicmahn4 жыл бұрын
as pretty much the entirety of the OST (well, anything performed by Meguro-sensei) was originally written and performed in Standard tuning, i definitely write my own parts and arrangements for all instruments to better suit my style (i come from an alt rock/metal background) without changing the core of the piece, which amounted to writing and arranging everything for Drop C tuning (Drop G/C on bass). i tend not to use tab sheets when writing, either, to let the parts come naturally to me

I do like both but the original is called 'gentle' madman for a reason, this interpretation gives more of a 'desperate' madman vibes.
@unlimitedquickworks73874 жыл бұрын
Well, the original was thought to be a castle theme, and this one's more like a battle theme. So imo the original is better cause this wouldn't fit the atmosphere.
