What I like about this game the most, is that it doesn't feel like that's the end of their adventures as phantom thieves. It feels more like they have accepted that, even though they're heading back to their normal lives, they will always remember that the Phantom Thieves are parts of them too. That they will return whenever there's trouble. It feels as though they know in their hearts that even if they can't use their powers, they will ALWAYS be the Phantom Thieves of Hearts at their cores. Makes me wonder how the P3 and 4 Crews could have reacted to the Phantom Thieves and their exploits.

@@sharkicito9210 I guess you didn't realize it. You know how in P5 there are references to the p4 Game in the Rise poster? and then there's Akechi whose known as the second 'detective prince'? Well, that definitely shows that P4 and 5 are connection, and p3 is connected to them by proxy thanks to the P3 cast being in the Arena spin offs. They just have their main adventures in different time periods. I'd say that whilst the games are stand alone stories and all, they're all in the same universe. Its like one big tree, if you ask me with the main titles being the trunk and the spin offs being branches. For further proof, look at the persona wiki and you can see that they have their own time slots, like the recent P5S set a couple years after P5 and such. Aside from the PQ series, maybe there could be a main canon game in the future where they all meet up for one big adventure, though I don't know how that'd turn out.

I don’t mind the similarities to the original P5, but I am disappointed that all of Lavenza’s scenes in this story boiled down to: “Joker, something bad is going to happen...” “I’ll take care of it, Lavenza.” “You’re so amazing, my trickster!”

Well Arena did the same thing with Yu and Aigis to some extent. Yu knows his contract is complete, but still pulled into the Velvet Room post main trail, confirming that he's still a Wild Card. In Dancing, it can be assumed that he can handle the trail without assistance since he's dragged into it anyway and non-lethal methods are used to stop the new malice. The same goes for Aigis as Athena changed Arcana from Chariot to Fool.

@@enriquepowers this happen in the 1st half of Arena storyline for the P4 gen, in which he's absent in Yu's Velvet Room. Though he do have speaking lines and made a physical appearance regarding Sho's contract in the 2nd half. Its also possible they reused the voice lines since Arena was made in 2012 and 2014. It also seems to be a pattern for the neo generation series that Igor find 2 Wild Cards, the main and secondary. Aigis case is due to inheritence and surfacing of the Abyss of Time, Sho accepts the contract after being approched the 2nd time near climax. It could be the same case for potential P5 gen stories, possibly following Royal more. They might likely stick with Igor for the subsequent P5 gen stories until the next mainline.

Seeing the Arcana pattern of Surime and Sophia, kind of suspect 1 more girl will come in. Also Igor's absent in Scramble, but still present in the current time by Lavenza's statements alone. Best guess is that Atlus might have Akechi as the central protagonist, akin to Aigis in the Answer following Royal plotline. Kind of imagine his solo story takes place the same time as Scramble, like Digimon Cyber Seluth Hacker's Memory, plus the 3-4 generation being heavily involved, since Scramble was initially planned to be a neo era Persona Warriors game. I imagine the new girl being involved, with Akechi awakening the true Wild Card. Jose's statements after his boss battle have a lot of layers/meaning, hinting his importance in future games.

@@akemiiya They have to do more stories to properly close off P5 gen. Arena did the P3 and 4 gen afterstory well. Even they used characters from other canon media like the drama CD and references like Kanami mentioned in the P4 main campaign and anime, Labrys and Kikuno from the P3 drama CDs. The Arcana pattern of the new girl playable characters suggests that 1 more girl will join in, plus Jose's statements after his boss battle hints on future conflicts Persona users can't run from. Also another problem is the upcoming PS5, so potential P6 might hold off for a while even though its now in development. Kind of hoping for a canon girl silent protagonist for the next mainline. Also thought of the new story takes place in the northern regions of the country, like Hokkaido for a different feel, plus the party is diverse (1, middle, 4 high, 1 uni, 1 adult, 1 mascot).
