The way the game pauses itself when you ambush an enemy from the shadows...Reminds me of playing P5R, since my game would sometimes just start stuttering or freezing frames, cuz my CPU was at around 100%.

Interesting. Baton Passes work a bit like Strikers where you switch and a fixed move is initiated on a (random?) target. I guess in this game, it's not needed especially since negotiations aren't a thing now.

It looks like both of the other human characters have like yo-yos/mace that isn’t there when they summon their persona so maybe that has something to do with the story in this game.

This game is so weird, they are sometimes uncreative by copying the Kamoshida Palace and boss but then they can be very creative like with this unique boss what has eating snake mouth eye balls as is weapon what is creppy and cool.

It's a shame because this looks like it has a ton of effort put into it but you just know there's going to be microtransactions asscoiated with this. I'm also irritated their using the 5 in the Persona title, if all the phantom thieves have is a cameo in this game then that 5 should not be there at all.

@@revred5268 Except that using Persona 5 implies the orignal Phantom thieves are going to have a large role in the game. It's been said they'll only cameo at best and Sojiro's gone too, to use the 5 but have it be a whole new cast makes it very obvious their only using it to get cash.It also implies a huge lack of faith that this game can stand on it's own.

Yeah man I’m definitely hearing persona 5 strikers esque music and seeing royal type gameplay. What an amazing combination. I know this’ll be in china only but dudeeee y’all gotta bring this over to the west. Hugeee opportunity and definitely a chance to make the persona series even more popular. Especially with the recent releases of persona 3,4 golden and 5 royal on modern consoles.

The fact that i cant see either my allies and enemies HP properly really bugs me out a lot, the ui for those is so small i can barely make the numbers, let alone the hp gauge.... Some animation bits here n there also... IT IS a beta though, i hope they can fix these issues, in the other video ending with that weird big-headed boss it had graphical issues as well, as for some reason it was focusing the camera view-point like, looking above instead of the ground, where the smaller enemies were. I do guess it was because it was still downloading then (i DID notice the downloading icon) so theres that, maybe. Guess time will tell how it all turns out! Its not so bad, but it CAN be better!

Do remember that this is a mobile game that is on PC, *not* a PC game that is on mobile. The bars are likely small because they're made for phones where they wouldn't seem as small.

It's a mobile spinoff, only in China. Signs show it may be brought to Japan, too. As for a western release, I highly doubt it, for some reason.

Well Star Rail is out before than this, so good luck at waiting. Also I'm sure P5X will flops and they will shutdown as well, so don't get excited... Also it's a mobile Chinese game with gacha systems probably not made by Atlus but a different person. And Persona 5 The Phantom X doesn't look the real Persona 5 game. This looks more like a copy because like I said, Chinese copy everything... But yeah, P5X is free to play, mobile game, who I'm sure there are a lot of microtransactions and it will be pay to win... You know, free to play + microtransactions = pay to win. And even the money grabbing...
