Agree with almost everything, and....Italian second? Wonderful (I'm sorry, I usually try to avoid to talk like this, since if my version is appreciated, I surely did nothing to help the thing xD). I'm really impressed of how shared is the opinion that Maria Lucia is the best Elsa. I mean...one thing is seeing a same version somehow appreciated by many, another thing is seeing how the whole international community punctually tops the same version every single ranking. It's incredible, I think we'll hardly see such a spreaded agreement soon O.O Something I wanted to ask you. If it's not much of a trouble, of course, would you mind translating the Cantonese version of LIG, since it's disapeared from yt, and looks like it doesn't want to come back, please?

The Cantonese version certainly won't be coming back anytime soon XD That was actually my channel/video, and it was due to that particular video (and the Mandarin equivalent) that KZbin gave me copyright sanctions, so I had to create a new channel. She sounds powerful and free. I like your opinion and it's a good fit for all of the voices. I can see why some are in your range of interest based on what I think of my voices. :)

Great video :) I was thinking the exact same thing with Gisela :D She looked so puffed up in the castilian version and in the catalan version she looked much more comfortable. Your top 10 was basically all the strong Elsa's (Vietnamese, Italian, Danish) I haven't really ranked Elsa's yet, but I imagine that Danish and Malay will also be in my top 5 :)

I see where you're coming from, and I agree with most of them except for Norwegian-- for some reason, I really loved that one ♥ Plus, I would have ranked English higher, but that's because I've loved Idina since she was in Wicked, so she always holds a special place in my heart ^.^ I do respect and agree with all your other choices, though :)

Fun fact (maybe) Maria Lucia has also played Belle twice in Danish productions of the Broadway play - she's amazing as both Belle and Elsa, honestly. I loved her voice for Elsa so, so much! I'm so happy she was your number one!

I don't think Brazilian Tiana needs a redub, Kacau was great. I, too, don't know what happened to Taryn in this role, I heard her other work and she sounded pretty nice. Valgerdur as Elsa, oh god yes. Completely agree with the comment about Greek - "a big sister", yes, so true! This ranking is actually one of the closest to my tastes)

I'm not saying Brazilian Tiana needs to be redubbed, just that Taryn's voice and singing style is more suited for that character. Actually, she's done a Blues version (Let It Go - Blues Version (Brazilian) - Taryn Szpilman in case you haven't seen it) and she's so great there. Yeah, I've seen your comments here and there about Arabic, gosh she is underrated!

Our only big disagreements are Ukrainian and Icelandic, which are a lot higher for me, and Russian, which is a lot lower for me.

I'm surprised that there's so many people who like Maria Lucia - not because she's bad at all, I LOVE her as Elsa. It's just that I didn't expect Denmark to be so .. 'known'. xD I'm Danish and I'm kind of like 'we're just this tiny little country which no one knows about' .. but, apparently, our Elsa is loved by many people.

I have to agree with your ranking. Agusta fits Rapunzel, but not Elsa. I enjoy European Porturgese in the start, but in the last 40 seconds of the song, I feel her voice starts getting forceful. I also think that Gisela's Catalan version is much better than her Spanish version. She sounds more natural in Catalan. I'm making my own Elsa Voice Ranking and soon, I'm uploading it.
