I started months ago selling Antiques, Chinese vases, Italian memorabilia, vintage paintings etc… a lot of high end items thinking I needed to do it that way in order to make it. wow....that was very helpful, and this reminded me, about 15 yrs ago i was cleaning out an old house and in the attic a very large picture type album full of baseball cards, i think its been sitting in a box in my closet every since then, guess i need to go find it and look at it even thou i know nothing about baseball cards. thanks Shaun 🙏😁😎

This is insanely helpful!!! Targeting the correct product value seems to take me the longest, but I'm learning. Plus, I'm building up a large inventory so I can hit the algorithm consistently right out of the gate. The code is programed with a bias toward consistent patterns of behavior by the end user (us). It's machine learning but the technology actually conditions us to accommodate the biases. Off topic: Did you see where the IRS requires a facial scan to submit business taxes in 2022? Yep. And they farmed it out to a 3rd party! What could go wrong here? Remember: the code is biased.

6:22 As a buyer, I sort results by "price + shipping, lowest first". So, it doesn't matter to me whether the seller is charging shipping or not. Before I place a bid I decide what I'm willing to pay, and any shipping is included in my calculation (subtracted from my bid). Like you, I was a seller some 20 years ago. And I'm about to jump back in. So I've been wondering about the Free Shipping. Although it doesn't matter to me (free shipping is a myth), I know it is popular with buyers. Gasoline at $3.299, not $3.30. Burgers 2 for $5. The prices in your store, $79.99, $99.99, etc. It's marketing and doesn't work for people like me. Apparently it does for the masses, though. It looks like your listings ALL end with 99 Cents. Do you ever do 98 or 95? Considering using the eBay envelope for sets of 3-quarters in capsules. A little concerned about damage/breakage/envelope failure (tearing).

I’ve got a 1998 dime I thought was ran over in the street. It’s not dirty and I started looking at it through a magnifying glass. It has letters that are stamped all over the face, some on the rim edge, and over the date. It has lots of gouge spots. It looks to my untrained eye to be all mint mistakes. Once you hit $600 is total sales for the year, eBay will report it and you will get a 1099

For example Order total $1,655.70, eBay collected from buyer Sales tax -$0.45, Selling costs eBay Transaction fees -$219.68, Shipping label -$66.28, Order earnings $1,369.29. Now selling/auctioning on Great Collections seller's fees - 0% for coins/banknotes that realize over $1,000 or 5% for coins/banknotes $1,000 or under for that there are buyers fees.

You know Blue ridge I had a big account with eBay and then you get these guys that say they want to buy your coin and you accept and then they don't want it and they still charge you for a coin you never even sold that's was my problem and is my problem with eBay I wish I could have better luck at it my wife is like really got really been over it because the money they took from people doing that and I just giving you a little feedback and have a great day now
