The moment when she's sitting in the backyard daydreaming, Lewis starts slowly walking in the kitchen behind her with the glass, If she just turns around she'll see him, then he passes behind her head from our pov, and as he steps out to the left side of her head, only the glass remains still crawling along, still with the chance to be seen by her, until it stops in the doorway and of course it's dropped. My favorite moment in the movie by far.

Wow! Good video! The reviews I've seen so far have literally talked me out of watching the movie. Lol! Yours is the best, and makes me consider the film actaully had some intriguing point to it.

the fade to black scenes are not bad edits it's to show how disconnected she is that's why the final scene of the movie it fades to white instead of black

A very nice analysis! I had a different idea about the ending, but I think I'm way off, but it's bugging me. Near the end, when she goes to the hotel room, and then there are these shots of the elevator door and the front doors of the hotel opening by themselves and there is no one. I can't help but think that she has been murdered and this is her ghost that is leaving the hotel, and after that all is her ghost wandering... Maybe I'm wrong, but that scene in the hotel is haunting me.

Ok. I can understand the open endingness of that last scene. But what happened in Room 329?

I think that she confronted him about killing Kyra & trying to frame her for it. I love that some scenes in the film take place off screen which leaves the audience to figure it out. Loved this film. Can not stop watching it.

yeah, that's was the true confusion, not the ending. Why did it look like a ghost left the room before Ingo? Why didn't Ingo Kill Maureen too, since he was capable of that? Why did the show him shooting the guy and leaving and not him being arrested?

@@josefinebliss2801 No he did not. After that scene she has several scenes with living people, including her brothers Finance, her brothers Finance's new Boy Friend, her Boy Friend, the Taxi Driver, the Hotel Clerk, etc.

Man, I really like your videos. I think your channel could grow to be something really cool with the right sort of... push or something. Your A Ghost Story video, Brigsby Bear, etc. And your still making videos trying to grow. I like being here at the beginning, and I hope you keep pushing forward and keep making these videos. Is there anything that I, some random viewer could do to help you in some way?

Hi! That's really nice of you. Well, share on Facebook would go a long way, or perhaps a tumblr if you have one/topical subreddit? Honestly, social media like twitter is the best way to help. Thanks for the support! EDIT: Also maybe talk about the channel in real life????

The Brother was haunting his ex girlfriend and her new Boyfriend. The new boyfriend said it himself when he was talking to Kirsten's character in the Garden/backyard. And, Kristen's character needed to in Paris in order to contact her Brother, or get his clue of the afterlife. Her Brother was was with her when he broke the glass, but not when she was in Morocco, because that was her own Spychic powers speaking to her and making her glass flout, or perhaps better said, her inner Daemon.

I found the film really meandering, and it's ending just felt a bit obnoxious. I don't know why so many critics called it a masterpiece. Even the title puts the focus on the most mundane and undeveloped element.

I don't like the new dubious style of films either. It seems to me a bizarre plot has become the new way modern films are told. Apparently not giving a satisfying or concluding end to the audience is considered art. 🤔 Certainly makes it way to easy for writers to skip properly ending their own stories. Lol!
@deborahminter6231 Жыл бұрын
@@Cristobels-Green-Boots a dubious end need not be the representation of pain. Greif is sadly what people have felt...doesn't mean someone grieving must give the plot of this film 5 stars. Lol!
@dajosee2 жыл бұрын
So, her grief manifested a Ghost and granted her the powers of a Jedi, so she could levitate the glass? That is beyond stupid and does not explain the Ghost leaving the Hotel or manifesting next to her while she is sleeping
