INDIA IS A STRONG, SECULAR AND LARGEST DEMOCRACY IN THE WORLD BECAUSE INDIANS ARE SPECIALLY BLESSED, TALENTED, SMART, HARDWORKING, HONEST AND HUMBLE.

Ease of justice is equally necessary as ease of living, this statement defines us getting justice in the time-bound manner that is the need of the hour. Delivering justice to the masses is not a new thing this has been conducting from the ancient than after medieval and in British era where Britisher had made formal court in India at Calcutta, Bombay and madras for justice delivery to the people. Now after independence, we have built several courts across the country, here we have three tier system 1st one is a lower judiciary after we have the high court of the individual state and the last resort of the law is Supreme Court. All of the courts are working to deliver justice to the common people without any delay, but somehow due to some structural lack in the judiciary like an inadequate number of judges, infrastructure deficiency, illiteracy among the masses and at last missing thing is the political will to dispose of the case in time bound manner. We are living in the 21 st century where we can use technology for proceeding of the cases like virtual hearing of the case, storing data of the previous cases, and use of digital documents rather than physical. With the wake of awareness, now everyone knows the court, if any kind of dispute happens, individuals oftenly say that I will see you in the court. According to the NCRB data that around 76% of the prisoner case are undertrial and around 4.2 crore cases are pending in the court. In this manner, we are unable to dispose of the case in the next 100 years. So what could be the solution, I think we need to increase the number of judges at each level of the judiciary, giving training to the judges on how to use technology in the case proceeding and another prominent thing is to implement national judicial service as like ias, ips. The justice delayed is justice deny, we are the largest democracy in the world where justice delivery needs to be in a proper way in time bound manner, so justice can reach to the last person in the queue.

JUSTICE NEEDS REFORM Ease of living and the Ease of doing business are nothing in comparision to the Ease in justice dilevery system. If the country is to grow , its justice dilevery system needs acceleration . Unfortunately our current capacity if judiciary is weak enough to absorb enough number of cases as compared to piling cases on a daily basis. usiness are nothing in comparision to the Ease in justice dilevery system. If the country is to grow , its justice dilevery system needs acceleration . Unfortunately our current capacity if judiciary is weak enough to absorb enough number of cases as compared to piling cases on a daily basis. If we look at the current scenario of students in india there is hardly some who wants to be a lawyer or judge and this is because we never learn its important nor the education system of our country promoted law in education and its intrest just remains in syllabus. Good governance and implementation of various growth projects are possible to handle in a less crime prone area and that is when the justice system prevails . Therefore some reform in this is need of the hour and certain set of things should be done like - 1) The recruitment of judges and lawyers must be done on yearly basis with a certain number of vacancies like what we see in bereaucrecy. 2) Education institutions must promote the judicial system . 3) There must be practicals in law University regarding trails of cases and all as that would a kind of promotion. 4 ) Infrastructure has to be developed and more courts needs to be established with increase in vacancies in various posts of the court etc . Unfortunately ,we are not spending more in employment especially in this crucial areas but we are glad that the govt is working on it and we will do reform in justice.
