Hey Byron we met at the big galah ,we had green gu patrol ,how did the trip go mate? Might end up getting top mount cooler ,we have front mount atm ,yea I recon top mount cut turbo lag ,we in warnbro now and where we living ,be good catch up again one day . .

@@downtheshedwithbyron so the derby went good ,at least drive back the weather nice cool ,summer doing that trip gets very hot ,done the drive in heat summer couple times myself ,bloody Nullarbor roadhouse is cheeky near 3 dollars litre for diesel ,lucky we had two tanks full n 20L jerry can ,how did your patrol go so far ? We didn't do too bad 200ks to 1/4 of tank I. Our 90L main tank ,5th gear died so changed to 170 ks to 1/4 tank ,yea we just sat on 95 most the time .. did not see much wildlife on the journey guess cos it's cooler ,summer kangaroos etc full on ... have safe trip back Byron n family

@@downtheshedwithbyron you towing a car as well , did the patrol use much oil ,i will tally up litres we used for near 5000 ks ,did oil change today n filters , our 26 year old unopened black top engine did awesome ,as i said lost fith gear but that was the only issue ,just saving up for replacment gearbox now ,been looking at 2010 gu wrecking with low ks manual gearbox ,i be fitting new heavey duty clutch and whilst gearbox off do rrar main seal ,wont be for few months ,as wife and i looking for work over hear ,get kids into school when school holidays finish be relief. So your heading back to perth now i guess ,how far from home you guys now?
