Since April 2020 I have been your exercises at 10 am every morning along with several retired neighbours who stand on their balconies while I stand below on the lawn in our retirement living complex. Thank you for your instructions.

This is wonderful! I learnt Tai Chi over 5 years ago and this is a fantastic tool to remind me. Thank you so much for sharing. P.S. I would like to request that the movement names stay up through out the movement. This would be most helpful.

May I learn why is that you start spreading the leg by your 'right foot' where most people do the left foot ??? Thank you I appreciate your strong reason, thank you
@PerthTaiChiAcademy4 жыл бұрын
If you see the start of the video it says 'follow like looking into a mirror'. I use my right foot so that you will follow using your left foot. The voice over also tells you to step out with your left foot.

My suggestion to memorize the form and turn off this video. So you can follow your own breath pattern. Also don't focus on arm movements, but your core movement. Core moves the arms , not arms moves the core ( lower DanTien).
