I just came across your video and started doing this as my morning routine, I repeat this practice 6 times to help build my strength back in my arms. I'm doing it twice daily and it's helping a lot. I wanted to begin a simple energy connecting technique so I can start rebuilding my Chi energy. This is perfect. Thank you. Many blessings

Thank you so much for this lovely practice. When I do it I feel almost immediately an immense sense of inner peace and tranquility. After about 4 repetitions I can feel energy around me start to harmonise with my movements, giving a sensation of perfect union between the inner and other worlds. Everything becomes one.

There is an 83 years old jigong guru in Java island who says that he never gets sick for so many years! I stumbled across your original channel about three years before you branched out with your existing, advanced level of exposure that you now have. The original exercise programs that I began with you were the most difficult that I had EVER attempted to do, and I'm a former athlete. But I kept at it and my body adapted much quicker than I thought it would and became much stronger and sturdy in a short amount of time. It didn't take long for me to fall in love with the challenge. I said all of that to say thank you for expanding your exposure and all that you continue to do to assist the human race to a higher, happier and healthier state of well-being. Peace. ❤❤

I had a heart attack five years ago, plus two stents, same as you. I was 57 years old. Last year my cardiologist laughed when I told him, that it was the best thing that happened to me and that God gave me a kick up the behind. I am now fit, walk 10 k most days, do yoga, jog three times a week, lost over 30 pounds. Just give it time, your body had some kind of shock, but keep walking, every day a bit more. Rest when you need it. Walking is the best, slowly but surely you will recover and get better. It is a scary time now but over time you will gain confidence again and get on with your life. I wish you all the very best, from the bottom of my heart. You can do this.
