Lovely demonstration thank you. I have practiced and taught Shibashi for many years but love this routine, with still the same beautiful rythm and some extra lovely movements, thank you.

Being a Senior, the kicking parts of the routine are beyond my capabilities, at least for now. What can be substituted for the full kicks until such time that there is enough strength and balance to do them without injury?

For all kicking movements, you may keep the kicking leg closer (or even in contact) to the ground so that you feel more stable with your balance until your confidence gradually improves to take the leg higher.
