Although it is a street dessert, it’s also a traditional and famous dessert rooted in Peru’s culture. Made of corn flour, Chancaca (raw sugar cane), cinnamon, brown sugar, anise, and cloves.
INGREDIENTS:
1 L. of Water
3 Cinnamon sticks
Clover aftertaste
1 Tsp of anis
250 g. of Cornmeal
1 Cup of water to mix the Cornmeal
250 g. Brown sugar cane (Panela/Chancaca)
250 g. brown sugar
250 g. butter
1 Spoon table of vanilla essence
Raising aftertaste
Rainbow Sprinkles in different colors
