I love the Queen's Thief series! I love how Turner has everything come together at the end. There are hints of what happens peppered throughout the book, but you have to read incredibly carefully to pick up the twist or the reveal. The political intrigue in the next couple books are really fun to read as well. But I think in total there are 5 books that all connect to each other. But she also takes some time to finish one book. :(

Concerning Megan Whalen Turners Queen's Thief series there is one thing I can tell you: the following books in the series are even better than the first one as the story has a lot more depth and the reader gets a lot closer to the main character. It's definitely worth reading! I'm really glad that I finally found these books here on booktube. :)

Gaaaah Frozen Tides is the absolute death of me and I loved every minute of it. I think all the fans know which scene you're referencing, but I can't believe you felt that way since Book 1. I didn't really consider it until the end of Book 2 and then I was a goner. xD

1) Your sweater is amazing. 2) The problem you have with Dreams of Gods and Monsters is what I'm facing with Winter right now. It's so hard to jump into the end of a series once you've had so many books in between. Glad I'm not alone and forgetting stuff yet still pushing forward, haha. 3) HAPPY NEW YEAR!

The Thief and the Queen's thief series by Megan Whalen Turner are SO GOOD!! One of my favourite series of all time! It isn't a trilogy, there are 4 books out now and there will potentially maybe hopefully also be a fifth and sixth book (some day)? The second book in the series is definitely my favourite! It's pretty different from the first book (it's a bit darker and it's also written in 3rd person), but it's just SO GOOD. Eugenides is like one of my all time favourite fictional characters EVER.

I think I'm going to have to check The Thief, out now :) My favourite read last month was an advanced copy of Hidden Bodies, by Caroline Kepnes, which is the second instalment from the You series. It's very different to You, but I loved it equally as much. Joe is such a fascinating character and I love getting inside his head.

I read a graphic novel called Anya's ghost and I thought it was quite good. I got it from my local library and was surprised to find it shelved in the kids section as it seemed a bit mature and scarier than expected. A good fast simple read with a cool art style 4/5

I'm behind on the Falling Kingdoms series. I read the first one on my kindle app for booktubeathon and really enjoyed it (I ended up giving it like a 4.5/5 stars) and I own the physical copies of both Rebel Springs and Gathering Darkness. Can't wait to see what's in store for the rest of the series. Well the only two books I ended up getting to in December were The Hero of Ages (amazzzzing) by Brandon Sanderson and Winter by Marissa Meyer (again amazing in my opinion). So yeah I didn't read much but I did have a chance to finish two of my most beloved series (which is really a bittersweet thing). But anyways now I'm reading The Name of The Wind and am about 100 pages in and am very intrigued so far.

I've read Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire for the first time in December and it was amazing, I loved it so much, I laughed, I cried, I was just drawn in to see what will happen next, and it is by far my favourite book in the series, and I just started the Half-Blood Prince, so we'll see how that goes... also, I've read The Order of the Phoenix, and I literally flied through it faster than with other ones, idk why, but I just did, and I am suprised by that because this is a book that is almost the size of the GOT.
