Perusing Premodern Slivers | The Old Men Magic Podcast Ep. 59

On this episode, we painstakingly review all of the slivers printed from Tempest to Scourge and decide which of these creatures will make their way into my first sliver deck. The mana base sure is a b*tch, but I think I'll face the pain and play 5 color slivers because I gotta have that queen.

Abilities for those of us who are kinda dumb. Activated abilities are abilities that you activate. "Pay 3 life:" Triggered abilities begin with a trigger. "When this happens..." Abilities that use the word "target" target. Hibernation sliver ability doesnt say target so it ignores crystalines ability

I just reread hibernation sliver. It gives its ability to all slivers so crystaline can return itself without targeting itself

And hibernation sliver is fantastic in aggressive decks because it costs no mana...only life. It lets you protect your hoards without slowing your assault. Maybe 2-3 in a deck is great!
