Is the 3-5-2 going to be permanent or was it just a temporary setup?

I plan to stick with the 3-5-2 formation permanently. In this formation, Sau will be supported in attack by Cerci or Galano, and Bettella, Pazdan and Tiago Ilori will play together in defense from the first minute.

I don't want to go into Luigi Pasquale's competence, but I think Galano will be a better choice to support Marco Sau.
