Pukhtun cuisine is just amazing and it is full of nutrients because they dont use vegetable oil and dont use many spices as well. The owner was saying that this food gives you male power haha

I always love finding Pakistani families making great food at restaurants labeled as "Indian" in the US. Every time you meet the owners, the cooks, mom and sister are serving and as you found the hospitality is like no other. I think you guys are doing a great service to this culture that is so many time lumped in with other cultures in the region out of ignorance.

Its a sad thing that for many many years Pakistani people were trying to hide their identity due to western media negative propaganda and the reaction of other people to Pakistanis due that false propaganda ,that's why Pakistani never used the name " Pakistani " in food business as well and used to use " Indian" which even ruined the image more as all the good people are from "India" and promoting pakistani cuisine as Indian which is completly wrong...I hope now people can use their Pakistani identity without any fear...we have much much more variety of food that you are seeing in the videos...range is getting wider n wider ..

@@targa9 I have seen similar trends in Vietnamese opening Thai restaurants especially in the east US. In the western states Vietnamese is common and successful but in the eastern states you can find some great Vietnamese chefs in the Thai places. You just have to ask if they offer any authentic Vietnamese.
