Thanks for trying my recipe. When making with chicken, make sure to use at least 25-30% fat. Otherwise your kabab will break and it won't be soft.

Asak.. Jazak Allah Khairoon for such a wonderful recipe. This was the first time I tried your recipe with chapli kebab.. I must say it came out lovely.. The masala recipe was too good.. I tried chapli kabab with shan masala which we found in India but your recipe was far far better in terms of taste.. I am subscribing to your channel right away..

Salami sister, going to make this today but no beef as we don't eat it. My mum and dad used to make absolutely the best kebabs ever I can still remember the hot summer evenings with that great smell going through the garden. There are going to be a few differences to my ones, I will use gram flour or vesun. Never added tomatoes to kebab so really want to see how it is. Thanks for the clips, I'm also making coffee and walnut cake but to a different recipe to yours.

+Rizwanas Cooking the kebabs were literally gone in a blink and the cake lasted less than 1.5 days. I am next making devils food cake and pound cake. I have to admit my mum was impressed that I was cooking. Especially cake as I've never made one before. I've made cookies in the past and cake batter is very similar. What new foods have you been cooking recently?Where are you from? Just interested, I'm uk based but my folks are from india.

Yes, you can use same recipe and masala for chichen but make sure chicken keema has at least 25% fat and not lean meat.

Hi samina khurram - how r u. It was corn flour. You can also use corn starch. I used almost 2 cups of chopped onions for this recipe

hi ..I want to give u idea wen u make kabab in plate that hard to pick from plate ..so next time try one plastic bag. .take bag and cut all around and make like paper then apply little bit water and make kabab as u make it .wen u want to put kabab in pan just life bag from one side and flip kabab on your other hand. ..it's very easy

Hi mariam sajid - Thanks for your suggestions. I also used to do that way but I find it easier and quicker to do it on a plate. I can lift it without any problems but I know it wont be easy for others. I will show this easier way next time

Yes, you can freeze them in a freezer back or plastic container after frying. Firs put them in a tray so they should be separated and them put them in the freezer then put them in a freezer bag or container when they are frozen. You can keep them for a few weeks this way

Thank you,just to let you know,we don't use chat masala in peshawer,we do use an egg,And we do mix tomatoes in to the mince,so it gets soft and melts when you cook plus use plenty of anardana, But it looks wonderful and tasty will try your recipe,thanks again.
